- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour (to thicken the sauce)
- 1 large egg
- Oil for frying
- 1 can (250 grams) Pineapple Chunks
- 1/3 cup Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons apple cider Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pc medium red bell pepper
- 1 pc med yellow bell pepper
- I pc med green bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Cut the chicken breast into bite size or larger or according to your preference. Put them in a deep mixing bowl and add the spices, minced garlic, egg and flour. Mix well and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, and soy sauce until well combined. Set aside.
