Mackerel 

Fish Salad 


Total time: 30 minutes 
Servings: for 4 persons

Ingredients:
  • 4 mackerel fish
  • 1 large tomato
  • chopped fresh mint
  • chopped fresh parsley
  • chopped fresh coriander
  • chopped fresh green onions
  • Dash of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
  1. Put water in a deep pot and bring to boil, put 1 teaspoon salt.
  2. when it boils begin putting 1 fish at a time, let it boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Debone the fish, clean them and break into pieces, collect the pieces into a salad bowl.
  4. Wash the tomatoes, cut them and remove the liquides and seeds then cut them into small dice. Mix to the fish pieces.
  5. Wash and chopped the herbs ( fresh mint leaves, parsley, coriander, green onions) finely. Add to the bowl of  fish and tomatoes.
  6. Add the desired quantity of olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy
