Roasted Pork
With Herbs
Servings: for 4-6 people
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 4 minutes + 30 mins approx. in a pressure cooker or 1h 15 minutes in a traditional casserole.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp of Amora Herbes de Provence
- 1.5 kg of pork tenderloin
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon
- 10 cl of dry white wine
- 20 g of butter
- 1 tbsp. of oil
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper and oregano
- salt
Procedure:
- In a pressure cooker, with the butter and oil, brown the roast on all sides for 4 minutes over high heat.
- Chop the garlic and mix it with the wine, chilli, oregano, Provence herbs and salt.
- Pour this mixture into the pressure cooker, close it and, over very low heat, cook cook for around 30 minutes from when the valve starts rotating.
- Once cooked, serve the roast pork topped with its sauce and accompanied by sautéed green peas and carrots or small florets of cauliflower.
For love of taste, think about it! You can flavor all your pan-fried vegetables (carrots, potatoes, zucchini...), your grilled meats and your stews with Herbes de Provence!
