Cod fillet with Cherry Tomatoes and Spices

Cod fillet cooked in a pan with cherry tomatoes and spices: a perfect recipe to bring to the table a simple, light and tasty second course of fish. Quick to make!
Ingredients:
- 2 Cod fillets
- 120 grams of cherry tomatoes
- onion, ginger
- garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- green leaves of onion
- thyme
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
In a large saucepan, I sautéed the vegetables for the sauté cut into small squares together with the oil, cherry tomatoes cut into quarters, a chop crushed clove of garlic, all the species to taste, mix well.
Subsequently, I added the cod fillets massage it with the mixed ingredients for a few minutes on each side, added more olive oil if necessary, bringing the fish to cooking about ten minutes.
Serve hot with a toast of bread and steamed vegetable of your choice.
