HOME BAKED PIZZA

Today I'm going to show you have to make the recipe and easy homemade pizza. So easy, so simple, the world love pizza. Why you should go buy? Make your own. It's cheap and easy and it is delicious. You can put the salami, you can put pressure vegetable make your own it's ever so easy. 

This is my go to recipe for whenever I'm craving that hot fresh homemade pizza but I don't have a lot of time you know what I'm saying I got things to do. But this is so easy you are going to love how to quick this comes together, so let's go! Let me show you how. 



Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Servings: for 4 people



Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of 00 flour
  • 325 ml of warm water
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt
  • 7 grams of dry yeast
  • Oil
  • Milk, optional
  • 2 egg yolks, optional 



PREPARING THE PIZZA SAUCE:
  1. We are going to start on our pizza sauce first dice the garlic into tiny pieces get them as small as you can. Dice the white onion into little tiny pieces as well.
  2. In a skillet add some olive oil and spread it around a little add in the onions and garlic simmer until its nice and fragrant and the onions are nice and tender.
  3. Now it's time to add in our dice tomatoes and I drained them and put them in a food processor to smooth or you can use any flavor you want. Bring it to a nice little simmer. 
  4. Add in lots of Italian seasonings, some Parmesan cheese and if you have fresh basil throw them in, Add some brown sugar to level up the acidity of the tomatoes. Stir occasionally and simmer. 
  5. Splash some red wine and it's done. 


HOW TO PREPARE THE PIZZA DOUGH:
  1. In a 250 grams of warm water add in a little bit of sugar and stir around, add in a pocket of yeast and give a little stir until we got nice and bubbly and foamy that's what we want our yeast is ready. 
  2. Transfer the mixture in a large bowl, add some olive oi, Add a little bit more of sugar and add in the sifted flour and a bit of salt and add that into the bowl, add some Italian seasoning some parmessan cheese. Mix them up really good in to a nice dough begins to form and this really looks great just like that. 
  3. Transfer the mixture in a slightly floured surface, give an active kneed. 
  4. Pour the vegetable oil in a baking pan and put in the dough, grease your hands and slightly spread the dough  press it out to distribute evenly. 
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and put it in a warm location for about 30 minutes if you like a thicker crust, let it rest a little bit more for 10 minutes or longer. 


ASSEMBLING THE PIZZA
  1. Time to prepare the toppings of your choices. Chopped green pepperoni, some green or black olives, grated cheese. 
  2. Now go ahead and spread out the red sauce previously prepared all chunky and perfect flavourful beautifully spread out. Sprinkle lots of grated cheese on top. Top with thinly slice ham (optional) then go ahead and add your chopped black olives and chopped pepper or put whatever you want on your pizza. 
  3. Bake at 200 degrees for 12 to 25 minutes or until golden
