For the Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch


Instructions:


Marinating the Beef:


  1. In a bowl, combine the marinade ingredients: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice wine (or dry sherry), and 1 teaspoon cornstarch.
