2 eggs

A quarter cup of sour cream

1 tablespoon of vanilla

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

Instructions:

In the kitchen for making an easy and amazing peach cake so let’s get started first off by slicing about 2 cups of fresh, amazing peaches.

Just so I can keep track of how much I need into a medium bowl and adding one and a half cups or 180 grams of all purpose flour, salt and around one and a half teaspoons of baking powder.

Give us a whisk and set that aside because now it’s time for a butter and sugar, into large bowl or the bowl of your stand mixer with a paddle attached adding 3/4 of a cup or 170 grams of room temperature unsalted butter, a creamer butter up first actually take about 30 seconds or so you’ll see better just guess creamier then will add a sugar nice and creamy.

Now it’s time to add one cup or 200 grams of granulated sugar three minutes are in nice and fluffy minutes later so now it’s time to add an eggs one at a time and as usual or Admin one time so now for a little bit paying into add some balance I’m adding in quarter cup of sour cream and don’t forget 1 tsp vanilla and adding a half teaspoon of cinnamon.

I’m going to hype like 30 seconds while the mixers on low we’re gonna add in our flowered you don’t wanna over mix and if I were you I wouldn’t mix until it’s combined OK now I’m gonna fold this together with my spatula now it’s time for the peaches saving the last quarter for the very top gently fold your peaches and get every drop of batter into the pan.

Now we’re gonna smooth this out into a nice even layer look at those peaches shining through it.

This is a masterpiece and so easy now that many peaches just get placed right on top. You can put them in a pattern but I think they look nice just popped here in there if you want and I do, you can sprinkle the top with some additional sugar granulated or sanding either

This deliciousness is ready to go into the oven 350 Farenheit for about 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.

keep cool in the pan turn it upside down onto a flat surface. It’s a little bit sticks but no problem. Just stick it right back on and nobody is going to know, get your kickplate down again carefully grab a tablespoon or less of powdered sugar, and sprinkle in tope.

Grab a knife and it’s time to enjoy this peachy masterpiece. You’re really gonna love this. It is so delicious full of peachy flavor, and it melted in your mouth like a beautiful peach cloud. Enjoy
