CLASSIC HUMMUS

Preparation: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 small can of chickpeas
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 to 5 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 mint leaves
- 3 sprigs of coriander
- 2 beautiful tbsp. sesame puree.
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
Preparation:
Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Peel and crush the garlic.
Arrange the chickpeas in the bowl and mash them, then add the garlic, lemon juice, mint, coriander, sesame puree and olive oil. Mash until you get a smooth paste.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
