APPLE COOKIES
These apple chocolate chip cookies are just gew ingredients and easy to make. They are soft and chewy and studded with chocolate chips. The cookies also don't require any flour, eggs, butter or oil. They can be made ahead of time for a quick snack or dessert.

Ingredients
- 3 apples
- 2 eggs
- 285 grams semi-salted softened butter
- 570 grams dark chocolate
- 480 grams flour
- 285 grams caster sugar
- 285 grams brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparations:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Work the butter with the two sugars and add the eggs one at a time.
- Incorporate the flour, baking powder and salt then mix again, until you obtain a homogeneous ball of dough.
- Peel the apples and cut them into small regular cubes. Coarsely chop the chocolate to obtain large nuggets.
- Place balls of cookie dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them well apart. Sprinkle them with chocolate chips and apple cubes, pressing them down slightly.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then repeat the operation with another batch.
