 PANNA COTTA WITH 

STRAWBERRY & BASIL COULIS



A real delight for the taste buds, the strawberry, very light, can be eaten without moderation, is integrated into a greedy slimming diet and takes care of our health.

For 4 people 

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Refrigeration: 2 hours 

Difficulty: easy


Ingredients:

  • 320 grams of strawberries
  • 400 ml of light liquid cream
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 75 grams of powdered sugar
  • 3 grams of gelatin
  • 8 basil leaves


Procedure:

  1. Soften the gelatin in a bowl of cold water. 
  2. Boil the cream in 5 minutes with 50 grams of powdered sugar, the vanilla pod seeded.
  3. Off the heat, add the gelatin. Mix. Remove the vanilla bean. Divide the panna cotta into verrines. 
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours. 
  5. Quickly wash the strawberries under cold water. Ecute them. Cut them in half. Keep 2 strawberries for decoration. 
  6. Mix the others with the remaining 25 grams of sugar. Pass the grout through a sieve. 4. Serve the panna cotta topped with strawberry coulis. Decorate with half a strawberry and basil leaves.
