PANNA COTTA WITH
STRAWBERRY & BASIL COULIS
A real delight for the taste buds, the strawberry, very light, can be eaten without moderation, is integrated into a greedy slimming diet and takes care of our health.

Ingredients:
- 320 grams of strawberries
- 400 ml of light liquid cream
- 1 vanilla pod
- 75 grams of powdered sugar
- 3 grams of gelatin
- 8 basil leaves
Procedure:
- Soften the gelatin in a bowl of cold water.
- Boil the cream in 5 minutes with 50 grams of powdered sugar, the vanilla pod seeded.
- Off the heat, add the gelatin. Mix. Remove the vanilla bean. Divide the panna cotta into verrines.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Quickly wash the strawberries under cold water. Ecute them. Cut them in half. Keep 2 strawberries for decoration.
- Mix the others with the remaining 25 grams of sugar. Pass the grout through a sieve. 4. Serve the panna cotta topped with strawberry coulis. Decorate with half a strawberry and basil leaves.
