HONEY GOAT CHEESE DIP

INGREDIENTS :
- 150 g goat cheese log
- 2 tbsp. liquid cream
- 2 tbsp. ricotta
- 2 tbsp. coffee of honey
- 4 walnut kernels
- 1 small shallot. Salt pepper
Preparation:
- In the bowl, combine the goat cheese log, cream liquid, ricotta and honey. Crush until you get of a homogeneous preparation.
- Crush the walnuts, peel and finely chop the shallot. Pour the goat cheese cream into a bowl then add the walnuts and the chopped shallot. Put salt and pepper at your taste. Mix well.
- Serve chilled.
