Honey Goat Cheese Dip

 HONEY GOAT CHEESE  DIP

INGREDIENTS : 

  • 150 g goat cheese log 
  • 2 tbsp. liquid cream 
  • 2 tbsp. ricotta
  • 2 tbsp. coffee of honey
  • 4 walnut kernels
  • 1 small shallot. Salt pepper 


Preparation:

  1. In the bowl, combine the goat cheese log, cream liquid, ricotta and honey. Crush until you get of a homogeneous preparation. 
  2. Crush the walnuts, peel and finely chop the shallot. Pour the goat cheese cream into a bowl then add the walnuts and the chopped shallot. Put salt and pepper at your taste. Mix well. 
  3.  Serve chilled.
