Ingredients:

  • 4 sea bream fillets of 120 g each (without the skin)
  • 250 g of strawberries
  • 3 lemons
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 mint leaves
  • salt
  • 1 round of mill 5 berries


Instructions:

  1. Rinse the strawberries quickly under cold water.
  2. Drain them.. Ecute them. Cut them into small cubes.
  3. Wash, chisel 8 mint leaves. Mix them with strawberries. Reserve in the fridge. 
  4. Rinse, dry the sea bream fillets with absorbent paper. Cut them into small cubes.
  5. Squeeze the juice of the lemons. Add the olive oil, salt, the 5 berries. Drizzle the sea bream cubes with this mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 
  7. Mix the diced sea bream with strawberries.
  8. Prepare the tartares with a cookie cutter. Decorate with a mint leaf. Serve fresh.
