 Potato Cake & Minced Meat



Servings: for 6 people

Ingredients:

  • 800 g minced beef 
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 150 g dry white beans 
  • 1 onion
  • 40 g of butter 
  • 300 g of canned peeled tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoon oil 
  • salt and pepper


Preparation:

  1. Soak beans in cold water for 12 hours 
  2. Drain them, pour them into a casserole and wet with water to flower. Cover and cook for 1 hour. Drain and set aside 
  3. Peel and slice the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the onion, then add the minced meat, the tomatoes, the white beans Let simmer for 10 minutes, salt and pepper
  4. Preheat the oven to 210°C (th. 7). Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into even slices.
