Italian Omelette

 Italian Omelette



For 4 persons


Ingredients:

  • 1 jar sun-dried tomatoes in oil (filling weight 285 g) inco 3 "mid 
  • 125g mozzarella 
  • 8 eggs 
  • 150ml cream 
  • Salt 4 Black pepper 
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil
  • 4 tsp butter

Instructions:
  1. Let the dried tomatoes and mozzarella drain and cut everything into small pieces. 
  2. Beat the eggs with the cream. Reserve a few basil leaves, chop the others and fold them into the egg mixture. Salt and pepper. 
  3. Heat the pan to the minimum roast setting. After the signal, put 1 tsp. of butter in the skillet. Pour a quarter of the egg mixture into the pan. Cover with a quarter of tomatoes and mozzarella. 
  4. Allow the mass to thicken. 
  5. Slide the omelet onto a heated plate. Decorate with basil leaves and fold the omelet. 
  6. Prepare the other omelettes in the same way. Then serve immediately.
