Italian Omelette
For 4 persons
Ingredients:
- 1 jar sun-dried tomatoes in oil (filling weight 285 g) inco 3 "mid
- 125g mozzarella
- 8 eggs
- 150ml cream
- Salt 4 Black pepper
- 1 bunch of fresh basil
- 4 tsp butter
Instructions:
- Let the dried tomatoes and mozzarella drain and cut everything into small pieces.
- Beat the eggs with the cream. Reserve a few basil leaves, chop the others and fold them into the egg mixture. Salt and pepper.
- Heat the pan to the minimum roast setting. After the signal, put 1 tsp. of butter in the skillet. Pour a quarter of the egg mixture into the pan. Cover with a quarter of tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Allow the mass to thicken.
- Slide the omelet onto a heated plate. Decorate with basil leaves and fold the omelet.
- Prepare the other omelettes in the same way. Then serve immediately.
