 Fondat au Chocolat



For 4 persons

Cuisson: 10 mins.


Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs 

  • 85g unsalted butter 

  • 50 g Line with sugar and stevia extracts Beghin Say 

  • 35g wheat flour 

  • 90g dark chocolate 


Instructions:

  1.  Preheat the oven to 210°C (th. 7). 

  2.  Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with the butter. Blanch the eggs and the Line with sugar and stevia extracts in a mixer until you obtain a compact foam. 

  3. Then add the chocolate by hand, then the flour gently. Cut strips out of baking paper and roll them inside stainless steel circles placed on a baking sheet. 

  4. Then pour the preparation to 3/4 of the molds, then bake for 6 minutes. 

  5. Place a fondant on each plate. Remove the circle, then the paper and enjoy immediately.
