Creamy Pasta & Mushrooms
Mushroom pasta is super-rich, umami-filled delight that is as always, easily prepared in on pot. It's a prefect comfort at the end of a long tiring work day.

Ingredients:
- 350 grams short pasta
- 250 grams Champignon mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- Parsley to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2tbsp parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- To prepare the cream and mushroom pasta, Clean and chop the mushrooms or you can also buy ones that already cleaned and cut, so just proceeded to wash them.
- Put the extra virgin olive oil and the garlic clove in a large saucepan, brown this, add the mushrooms, a little chopped parsley, salt, then cook the mushrooms put on the lid over medium heat.
- Once the mushrooms are cooked, remove the garlic, put half of the mushrooms in the mixing bowl, add the cooking cream, the milk and the grated Parmesan, to taste if you want more parsley.
- Let's chop everything for a few seconds until we have a cream.
- We cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain it and season it with the cream of mushrooms, stir everything well and our pasta with cream and mushrooms is ready, delicious and easy to prepare.
