Classic Spanish Tacos

Servings 2 - 3 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 grams ground meat
- 6 - 8 tortillas
- 1/2 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- dash of cumin
- dash of black pepper
- origano (optional)
- 2 tomatoes
- fresh lettuce
- cheese
- guacamole
- fresh red and green hot pepper (optional)
- Lemon
Preparations:
- Roughly chop 1/2 onion and sauté onion in a dollop of oil over medium-high heat for a few minutes.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any fat if vou want.
- Add 1 clove minced garlic and saute briefly
- Add 1 tablespoon chilli powder.
- You can optionally add dashes of cumin, oregano and black pepper.
- Add a couple of tablespoons of water and simmer over medium heat. By the time vou gather all the taco fixings, the meat will ready
- Far the taco shiells start by warming up com tortillas in the oven: Lightly brush with a neutral oil or cooking spray and drape over two oven rungs for 10-12 minutes at 375°F.
- Serve with diced tomatoes chopped lettuce: shredded cheese and guacamole optional.
