SMOOTH VEGETABLE SOUP

Ingredients:
- 300 grams potatoes, cut into pieces
- tomato, halved
- 80 grams onions, halved
- 1 clove of garlic
- 400 g of mixed vegetables (carrots, turnips, leeks for example), cut in pieces
- 2 sprigs of fresh parsley c. teaspoon salt, to be adjusted manually according to taste 1/4 tsp pepper, to be adjusted according to taste
- 600 grams of water, to be adjusted according to desired texture
- 20 grams butter or olive oil
Preparation
- Sauté onions and garlic in 20 g oil.
- Place chopped onions, garlic and oil in the cooking pot, and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Put the potatoes, tomato, onion, garlic clove, vegetables, fresh parsley, salt, pepper and water in the bowl, and cook 25 minutes.
- Add butter and blend 1 min/speed 5-10, increasing speed gradually.
- Serve hot.
