Puddings with
Fruit Garnished
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 ready-made puddings (cooked bread and chocolate) grams 125 each.
- Raspberry sauce ready
- Chocolate tablets.
- Raspberries
- Fresh mint leaves kcal 495 per serving
Procedures:
Unmold the 4 puddings on as many dessert saucers, being very careful not to damage them during this operation. Pour some raspberry sauce next to it.
Garnish the panna cotta with a raspberry and a few mint leaves. Put mint leaves also next to the chocolate pudding and complete the topping with chocolate leaves design. Keep everything cool, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve.
Always keep at home products such as a fruit sauce for toppings (the one used here, also suitable for garnishing an ice cream, is from Toschi) and other decorative elements such as Codetta or chocolate or sugar tablets: they are ideal, as the photo shows
