Ingredients:

  • mixed salad (curly endive,radicchio, lettuce) 200 g
  • hearts of palm g 50
  • cashews q 50
  • a slice of raw ham
  • thick cut about 50 g
  • a pot of low-fat yogurt
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • apple cider vinegar
  • curry
  • sale


Preparations:

  1. Collect the mixed salad, rinsed and drained, in a bowl. Cut the hearts of palm into slices and the ham into cubes, then mix them both with the vegetables, then add some cashew nuts.
  2. Prepare the sauce for the dressing: mix the yoghurt with 2 tablespoons of oil in a bowl.
  3. Add a generous pinch of salt, a pinch of curry and a spoonful of apple cider vinegar to the sauce. Season the salad with this emulsion, mix and serve immediately.


Recommended wine

Dry red, light-bodied: Parrine Red.
