 Noodles Soup


Prep time: 15 minutes

Cooking time 20 minutes

Servings: 3 peraons


Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 4 clives garlice, crushed
  • 250 g chicken breast, shredded or tiny cut lengthwise
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 3 teaspoon achuete powder or annato powder
  • 500 g flat noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 hard boiled egg

Preparations:
  1. Sautée the chopped harlic in a preheated oil and add the shredded chicken.
  2. Add the chicken stock and bring to boil.
  3. Add the annato powder and simmer until it boils.
  4. Add the noddles and cook until 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Serve the cooked noodles in a bowl and top with half hard - boiled egg.
