Filipino Miki
Noodles Soup
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking time 20 minutes
Servings: 3 peraons
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 4 clives garlice, crushed
- 250 g chicken breast, shredded or tiny cut lengthwise
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 3 teaspoon achuete powder or annato powder
- 500 g flat noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 hard boiled egg
Preparations:
- Sautée the chopped harlic in a preheated oil and add the shredded chicken.
- Add the chicken stock and bring to boil.
- Add the annato powder and simmer until it boils.
- Add the noddles and cook until 3 to 5 minutes.
- Serve the cooked noodles in a bowl and top with half hard - boiled egg.
