Salad Radish, Cucumbre and Spinach

Ingredients:
- 3 small cucumbers
- 4 red chicory
- 2 lettuce hearts
- 200 g baby spinach
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g peas
- 1 bunch of radishes 2c.
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 100 g canned chickpeas
- 1 handful of raisins
- 1 handful of pistachios
- 1 handful of pumpkin seeds
- handful of flax seeds
- tbsp coffee hazelnut oil
- sweet soy sauce
Preparation:
- Steam the peas in for about 10 minutes.
- Strip, wash and spin dry the different lettuces, during this time.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters, the radishes and the cucumbers into rings. Rinse the chickpeas.
- Divide the different salads and baby spinach into 4 bowls.
- Add the tomato wedges, radish and cucumber slices.
- Then add the peas and chickpeas, then all the seeds and raisins.
- Season at the last moment by mixing the oil, lemon juice and sweet soy sauce.
