Radish Carpaccio



 Contrasts of tastes and colours with radishes. We enjoy it in carpaccio to the delight of our liver.


Servings : 4 people.     Preparation time 15 mins


Ingredients:

  • radishes
  • parmessan pieces
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper
  • chilli flakes

Preparation:

  1. Clean the radishes, Cut them into thin slices with a slicing knife or using a mandolin.
  2. Arrange on a plate with the slices of radish. Make 2 layers of carpaccio and finish by placing shavings of parmessan shavings in the middle.
  3. Season everything with olive oil, broken walnuts, chili flakes, and pepper.
