Radish Carpaccio
Contrasts of tastes and colours with radishes. We enjoy it in carpaccio to the delight of our liver.
Servings : 4 people. Preparation time 15 mins
Ingredients:
- radishes
- parmessan pieces
- olive oil
- salt, pepper
- chilli flakes
Preparation:
- Clean the radishes, Cut them into thin slices with a slicing knife or using a mandolin.
- Arrange on a plate with the slices of radish. Make 2 layers of carpaccio and finish by placing shavings of parmessan shavings in the middle.
- Season everything with olive oil, broken walnuts, chili flakes, and pepper.
