Quiche Lorraine
Difficulty: very easy
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Servings: 4 persons
Ingredients:
- 1 roll of shortcrust pasty
- 250 g fresh cream
- 150 g bacon
- 3 eggs
- pepper
- salt
- nutmeg
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Unroll the shortcrust pastry and place it in a pie dish. Prick the bottom with a fork.
- Brown the bacon.
- Meanwhile, beat the eggs and fresh cream.
- Once the bacon are golden, mix them with the egg preparation.
- Salt, pepper and add the nutmeg according to your convevience.
- Pour the preparation on the dough bottom.
- Put in the oven for 30 minutes or until browned.
