Pan-fried Quinoa with Vegetables & Prawns

Cooking time: 30 minutes
Servings: 2 persons
Instructions:
- 200 g of quinoa
- 200 g of clean prawns
- bell pepper (yellow or red)
- 250 g of baby beans
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 knob garlic
- 1/2 medium onion, cut thin lengthwise
- salt, pepper
Preparations:
- Wash the quinoa well and drain it then cook it in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package. Then drain it and keep it aside.
- Clean the peppers into small lengthwise. Clean and cut the baby beans into bite size.
- In a frying pan heat the olive oil and then sauté the garlic, onions and prawns in a few minutes then set aside.
- I the same pan, stir-fry the vegetables for 10 minutes add salt and pepper.
- Then add the quinoa then mix and cook for another 4 minutes, stirring often.
- Then serve your vegetable quinoa pan-fried dish with a grilled bread with butter.
