Pan-fried Quinoa with Vegetables & Praws

 Pan-fried Quinoa with Vegetables & Prawns


Difficulty: easy

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Servings: 2 persons


Instructions:

  • 200 g of quinoa
  • 200 g of clean prawns
  • bell pepper (yellow or red)
  • 250 g of baby beans
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 knob garlic
  • 1/2 medium onion, cut thin lengthwise
  • salt, pepper

Preparations:

  1. Wash the quinoa well and drain it then cook it in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package. Then drain it and keep it aside. 
  2. Clean the peppers into small lengthwise. Clean and cut the baby beans into bite size.
  3. In a frying pan heat the olive oil and then sauté the garlic, onions and prawns in a few minutes then set aside.
  4. I the same pan, stir-fry the vegetables for 10 minutes add salt and pepper.
  5. Then add the quinoa then mix and cook for another 4 minutes, stirring often.
  6. Then serve your vegetable quinoa pan-fried dish with a grilled bread with butter.
