Melting Chocolate Pots 




These gluten free chocolate pots are my quick dessert when we have guests coming over for for a quick dessert. They are little melting middle chocolate brownie pots and are absolutely delicious, with rich chocolate cake encasing a lava-like centre.

Baked chocolate brownie cake pots with a melting chocolate centre. Super easy and quick to make and incredibly yummy!


Preparation time: 6 minutes

Cooking time: 12 minutes      

Serving: 4 

 

Ingredients:

  • 75 grams dark chocolates
  • 100 grams butter, plus extra for greasing
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon og cocoa powder
  • 25 grams plain flour
  • icing sugar for dusting



Procedure:
  1. Pregeat the oven to 180°C and butter 4 large remekins, about 8 cm in diameter. Melt the chocolate and butter in a small pan over a very low heat.
  2. Meanwhil, beat the sugar and the eggs together, pour in a melted chocolate. Beat in the cocoapowder and flor, and continue beating until smooth.
  3. Divide the mixture between the remekins and cook in the preheated oven for 10to 12 minutes, or until crisp on the top and still melting inside.
  4. Remove the remekins from the oven, set side to cool for 1 to 2 minutes, then serve dusted with icing sugar.
