Melting Chocolate Pots
Baked chocolate brownie cake pots with a melting chocolate centre. Super easy and quick to make and incredibly yummy!
Preparation time: 6 minutes
Cooking time: 12 minutes
Serving: 4
Ingredients:
- 75 grams dark chocolates
- 100 grams butter, plus extra for greasing
- 75 grams sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoon og cocoa powder
- 25 grams plain flour
- icing sugar for dusting
Procedure:
- Pregeat the oven to 180°C and butter 4 large remekins, about 8 cm in diameter. Melt the chocolate and butter in a small pan over a very low heat.
- Meanwhil, beat the sugar and the eggs together, pour in a melted chocolate. Beat in the cocoapowder and flor, and continue beating until smooth.
- Divide the mixture between the remekins and cook in the preheated oven for 10to 12 minutes, or until crisp on the top and still melting inside.
- Remove the remekins from the oven, set side to cool for 1 to 2 minutes, then serve dusted with icing sugar.
