Mâche Salad, Grapefruit & Pomegranate
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Servings: for 4 personsIngredients:
- 2 grapefruits
- 500 g of lamb's lettuce
- 1 pomegranate
- A few purple basil leaves
- 100 g parmesan shavings
- 1 large handful of shelled walnuts
- 1 C. olive oil
- 1 C. walnut oil
Preparations:
- Wash and spin dry the lamb's lettuce. Divide it among 4 plates.
- Cut the grapefruit in half, then remove the quarters.
- Add them to the plates.
- Cut the pomegranate in half, and seed it on the plates.
- Thin the basil on top.
- Spread the parmesan shavings.
- Crush the walnuts and sprinkle over the salad.
- Season at the last moment, by mixing the olive oil, walnut oil and soy sauce in a small bowl.
Notes:
Vitamin shoot: don't throw away grapefruit juice at the time to remove the quarters. put it on in a glass, either to drink it or to lengthen the vinaigrette with. Consume it quickly, before the quality of the vitamins does not deteriorate.
