 Escalopes with Herbs and Lemons


Quick and easy to prepare, scallops with lemon are classic of Italian traditon to their goodness, they are dish of sure effect when served with guest.

Ingredients:

  • 12 slices of adult veal roundabout
  • 1 knob of butter
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • flour
  • juice of half lemon
  • 1/2 glass of white wine (optional)
  • herbs, fresh or dry
  • salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mix the herbs, lemon juice, salt pepper  extra virgin olive oil to the slices of meat. Leave it marinate at least 30 minutes.
  2. Flour the marinated meat and brown it in a pan with the butter and drizzle of olive oil on both sides.
  3. once browned, add the wine combined the lemon and cook over high heat until you get the creamy sauce.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with finely chopped parley or veggies of your choice, accompanied by fresh baguette.
