 Cote de Veau à La Normandie



Preparation: 25 mins.   Cooking time: 20 mins.   Difficulty: easy  Serving: 4 persons


  • Ingredients:

  • 4 chops of veal steak size
  • 600g button mushrooms
  • 3 cl Calvados liqueur
  • 50g butter
  • 250g fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt

Preparation:

1. Cut off the earthy end of the mushrooms

2. Wash themand cut them into thin strips then let them dry in a frying fan.

3. Heat the oil in a pan

4. Add the butter and brown the ribs. Flip the ribs to brown them on both sides. After 10 minutes of cooking, pour the calvados to deglaze the cooking juices. Let reduce for 1 minute.

5. Add the mashrooms, fresh cream, salt pepper and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

6. Serve with boiled potatoes and pan-grilled asparagi
