Chocolate Cookies
Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
Servings: 18 biscuits
Ingredients:
- 125 grams of butter
- 125 grams of sugar
- 1 large eggs, beaten
- 1 ripped banana, mashed
- 175 grams of self-raising flour
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 100 grams of dark chocolate, in pieces
- 55 grams of raisins
Or:
- you can replace the chocolate with dried chopped fruit.
- To make the peanut butter cookies, use instead of banana 2 taablespoons of peanut butter and some chopped peanuts instead of chocolate without adding raisins.
Instructions:
- Turn on the oven at 190 degrees celcius. Mix the butter and sugar together with a wooden spoon until light and fluffy.
- Add the beaten egg a little at a time, stirring constantly. Mash the banana and add it to the mixture, stirring constantly.
- Sift the flour and mix it into the mixture with a spatula. Combine the milk, chocolate and the fruit and mix
- Spoon the mixture onto a baking tray covered with baking paper, well spaced ( about 9 spoonfuls per tray).
- Bake the cookies on the middle. rack of the oven for 15 - 20 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Removed the tray from the oven and let the biscuits rest for a few minutes, then put them to cool on a metal rack by moving them with a knife rounded blade.
