Caprese with tofu

 Caprese with Tofu 



Difficulty: minimum 

Preparation: 10 minutes 

Servings: for 4 people


Ingredients:  

4 ribbed tomatoes 

400 g of tofu 

1 bunch of basil

4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 


Preparations:

Peel and wash the tomatoes, drain them well and slice them thinly; cut the tofu into slices of equal thickness. Arrange these ingredients on individual plates, alternating the tomato slices and the tofu slices. 

 In a small bowl, emulsify the oil with the sauce 1 tablespoon of soy sauce Sweet soy, a pinch of salt and a grind of pepper. 

Select the smallest leaves from the bunch of basil, wash and dry them by dabbing them with kitchen paper. 

Distribute the basil on the caprese, drizzle with the emulsion of oil and soy sauce and serve. sale pepper

It is therefore a valid vegetable alternative to cheese, meat and eggs.
