Baked Pasta with
Cherry Tomatoes
& Tuna
For an exquisit dinner with friends, what you need is a baked pasta flan, appetizing, nutritious and deliciously crunchy, it will satisfy all tastes!
Ingredients:
250 grams of short pasta
1/4 teaspoon of salt
55 grams of butter
40 grams of type 00 flour
450 ml of milk
125 grams grated gruyere
125 grams of minced cooked ham
115 grams of corns
220 grams tuna in oil, drained & crumbled
25 grams of grated parmesan
4 cherry tomatoes, cut into wedges
salt and pepper
Procedure:
- Turn on the oven at 220 degrees celcius. Put on plenty of water in a saucepan, salt it and bring it to boil.
- When the water is boiling, throw in the pasta and cook it according to the instructions on the package.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon for 1 minute, then remove from the heat.
- Add the milk, a little at a time, mixing until a smooth and homogeneous cream is obtained. Put the pan back back on the heat and bring to boil, stirring constantly.
- Reduce the heat and thicken, stirring 1-2minutes. Remove from the heat add gruyere, ham and tomatoes, salt and pepper.
- Drain the pasta, dress it with the prepared sauce. Transfer it to a baking dish and sprinkler it with the parmessan cheese. Bake the cake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, Let it cool and serve.
