Almond Cake with Yogurt


This almond yogurt cake has delicate, moist crumb, and it'svhealthy enough to enjoy. Super easy easy one-bowl cake anyone can make 

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Serving: 6 persons


Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 yogurt
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 3 jars of Flour
  • 2 jars of sugar
  • 1 jars of peanut oil
  • 1 jar of ground almonds
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar


Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Pour the yogurt into the bowl wash and dry the jar that will serve as a measuring cup. 
  3. Whisk the whole eggs and sugar then pour them to the yogurt and mix. Pour the flour, yeast, almond powder, vanilla sugar, oil and mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.
  4. Butter the cake tin and pour the batter into it.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes. Check the cooking with a knife, the blade should come out dry.
  6. Leave to cool on the oven rack, until unmold. Serve cold
