Almond Cake with Yogurt

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serving: 6 persons
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 yogurt
- 20 grams of butter
- 3 jars of Flour
- 2 jars of sugar
- 1 jars of peanut oil
- 1 jar of ground almonds
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Pour the yogurt into the bowl wash and dry the jar that will serve as a measuring cup.
- Whisk the whole eggs and sugar then pour them to the yogurt and mix. Pour the flour, yeast, almond powder, vanilla sugar, oil and mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.
- Butter the cake tin and pour the batter into it.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Check the cooking with a knife, the blade should come out dry.
- Leave to cool on the oven rack, until unmold. Serve cold
